CONCRETE SEALER / HARDENER
Our concrete sealer and hardener technologies are proprietary PTI formulas using water-based lithium silicate in solution. The road surface treatments require no mixing or diluting and contain no VOCs or solvents.
Litho1000® concrete sealer / hardener and its pollution-reducing sister product, Litho1000Ti® sealer / hardener, chemically alter the absorptive aggregate and/or paste of the concrete to increase its durability.
Unlike topical sealers that merely coat the top surface of the concrete, our sealers / hardeners react with the hydrating cement to produce additional gel products near the concrete surface. These added gel products create an in-depth seal by reducing the interior diameter of the concrete capillaries that would otherwise allow water to penetrate through the concrete surface.
